Schedule: Graveyard Shift (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized General Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations and ensure seamless coordination of various administrative tasks. This role requires adaptability, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails and handle incoming phone inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Maintain contact lists and prepare spreadsheets and documents
  • Conduct market research and create professional presentations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support
  • Address internal administrative requests and assist with task coordination
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
  • Assist in performance tracking and reporting
  • Compile monthly and annual performance summaries
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a related role (e.g., HR, Marketing, Executive Assistance)
  • Background in Virtual Assistance, Customer Service, or BPO is an advantage
  • Familiar with cloud tools, CRM platforms, and desktop sharing software
  • Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, or Lumen5
  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online scheduling tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic graphic or video editing skills are a plus
  • Tech-savvy, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team

Equipment Requirements:

  • Computer: Laptop or Desktop with at least Intel Core i3/i5 or AMD equivalent and 8 GB RAM
  • Headset: Noise-canceling headset
  • Internet: Wired connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • Software: Microsoft Office, PDF Reader, AnyDesk, Google Drive, Discord
